*Ingredients*

1 Cup Sugar
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Butter
1 Cup Sesame
1 tsp brewed Saffron

**Instruction**

1- Add sugar and honey in a pan and let it melt and caramelize on low-medium heat. Try not to mix it before sugar melts.
2- After the sugar has caramelized, mix it so it won't burn at the bottom. Then add the butter.
3- After the butter has melted add the sesame and saffron, then mix it until well combined.
4- Alternatively you can first toast the sesame on low heat while mixing it constantly (so it won't burn) and then add it to the mixture.
5- Once everything starts to come together, turn the heat off, and let the mixture cool down for about 7 minutes.
6- After cooling down, transfer it on to a parchment paper and try to shape it with a spatula into a rectangle. Place another parchment paper and using a rolling pin spread it until reaching the thickness of 1/8 to 1/4 inch.
7. Cut it into the same size square pieces, and let them harden. then transfer them into the desired serving plate and enjoy the taste.
