Ben Affleck and JLo house hunting in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles.  The couple was spotted browsing at a mansion situated near his ex-wife Jennifer Garner home where she resides with their kids Violet Affleck, Seraphina Affleck, and Samuel Garner Affleck.  They were seen walking around the premises of the Nantucket style mansion and stopping for an embrace where she caressed his lower back revealing a glimpse of his infamous 'Rising Phoenix' tattoo that was once believed to be fake but later revealed by him to be real.
