La bande à Bonnot was a French group that operated in France and Belgium at the end of the Belle Époque, from 1911 to 1912.
Initially called by the press simply “Les Auto Bandits”, it was then called the “Bonnot Band” after Jules Bonnot gave an interview to Le Petit Parisien. Jules Bonnot's perceived notoriety within the group was later reinforced by his highly publicized death during an exchange with French police in Choisy-le-Roi.
