Shol Sholak is a delicious bread that Qashqai nomads eat as a snack or breakfast, of course, it is also called tapu. It is interesting that in Paveh, Kurdistan, we saw a similar bread called Shelkine, and the Bakhtiari nomads also have a similar bread.

Wheat flour, black seeds, anise and spices are the main ingredients of Sholl Sholak, which is usually eaten while it is still hot and fresh with local butter and a little sugar.
