Boeing's woes: Starliner mission scrapped; FAA to investigate 787s

The FAA has opened an investigation into Boeing’s inspection records of its 787 Dreamliners. This comes as Boeing experienced another setback for its Starliner spacecraft, forcing it to cancel another launch because of an engine valve problem. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
