Pineapple Soufflé

To a bowl add thick cream and whip untill light fluffy.Add 4-5tbsp caramalised pineapple + fresh cream + 2tsp gelatin powder and give a good mix.
Now add in caramalised pineapple and pineapple jelly and mix it with a help of a spatula.Check for the sweetness and pour it into serving bowl and refrigerate for 5 hours.

Caramalised pineapple
Add chopped pineapple to a pan + 1/2 cup sugar and let the pineapple caramelise.

Note:
1.If your using tin pineapples then you can skip the pineapple caramelising part and use the pineapples directly.
I have caramelised the pineapples because I have used fresh pineapples for this recipe.
2.Make the jelly and keep aside.Once jelly is set , just scramble it with a spoon/fork.
