بلوار سجاد مشهد از محلات قدیمی و مرفه نشین مشهد محسوب می شود. بلوار سجاد مشهد معمولاً دارای ترافیک نسبتا بالایی هست و بسیاری از برندهای معروف ورزشی و پوشاک در بازارها و پاساژهای بلوار سجاد مشهد شعبه دارند. نزدیکی بلوار سجاد مشهد به باغ ملک، باعث شده از آب و هوای خوبی برخوردار باشد و کوچه های سرسبز و پارک های فراوان در بلوار سجاد مشهد این محله را به مکان مناسبی برای زندگی تبدیل کرده است. بلوار سجاد از قدیم جزو مناطق گران قیمت مشهد بوده است. طبیعی است که سطح قیمت ملک در بلوار سجاد بالاتر از میانگین قیمت ملک در مشهد باشد. قیمت و اجاره مغازه ها نیز در این محله به علت اینکه بورس برندهای مختلف پوشاک نیز در بلوار سجاد قرار دارد ، نسبتا بالا است.
