follow my video recipe step by step to make super soft, quick, tasty & easy #Doughnuts at home without oven !!
🔰Here's what you'll need:
-2 Eggs
-40g sugar
-1/2 tsp salt
-150ml warm milk
-5g yeast
-370g bread flour
-50g unsalted butter
- & nutella
TIPS FOR MAKING TOP DONUTS
- If you find your dough a bit sticky when kneading you can add more flour 1 tablespoon at a time.
-Fry your doughnuts on a medium heat so it will cooked through till inside.
It can be tricky to maintain the temperature of your oil on the stove but it’s important to try and make sure you keep your oil at a temperature of 170 C (340F) so the donuts cook evenly.
-Double check your yeast is fresh. If your yeast doesn’t froth and bubble when added to the warm water it may be expired.

دستور تهیه رو قدم به قدم دنبال کنید تا دونات های فوق العاده نرم و خوشمزه ای داشته باشید.
برای پر کردن داخل دونات من از نوتلا استفاده کردم اما شما میتونید از هر کِرِم یا شکلاتی، استفاده کنید.
🔰 مواد لازم :
_تخم مرغ ۲ عدد
_شکر ۴۰ گرم
-نمک ۱/۲ ق چ
-شیر ولرم ۱۵۰ میلی لیتر
-مخمر فوری ۵ گرم
-آرد نان ۳۷۰ گرم
