INGREDIENTS:

2 kilos Chicken breast or chicken thigh fillet
1/4 cup saffron water or 1 tbsp Turmeric
1/2 cup Oil
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp Coriander
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Juice of one lemon
1 large Onion

Marinate overnight or at least for 6-8 hours in the fridge.
