Bilehsavar city is located in Bilehsavar city of Ardabil province.
There is a city on the border of the Republic of Azerbaijan called Pileh Swar, which means heavy rider. According to Hamdullah Qazvini, an Iranian historian, Bilaswar was attacked in the 10th century by Amir Bui Pilaswar, and this city took its name from him. The city of Bilasovar, which was in decline as a result of feudal strife in the 14th century, was divided into two parts according to the Turkmencha Treaty of 1828. After the Russian Empire made the southern borders impassable in 1914, the rest of the population inside the Russian Empire was transferred to Russian settlements and other areas 20-40 km outside the border. There were several war elephants in the army, that's why the name of this settlement came from Pileh Savar to Cham Savar Sangin or Phil Savar, and it has an exemplary nature, the gateway to the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Caucasus, is located in the central part of Bileh Savar city in the north of Ardabil province. Bilehsawar has a mild and humid climate in winter and relatively hot in summer. Agriculture and trade through customs are the main occupations of the residents of Pileh Sawar. Pileh Sawar attracts millions of people every year, and the main reason for that is customs, according to statistics, about 5 million people cross the border of this city every year.
بیله‌سَوار شهری در شهرستان بیله سوار استان اردبیل قرار دارد
شهری است در مرز جمهوری آذربایجان به نام پیله سوار به معنای سوار سنگین، ه گفته حمدالله قزوینی، مورخ ایرانی، بیلاسوار در قرن دهم مورد حمله امیر بوئی پیلاسوار قرار گرفت و این شهر نام خود را از او گرفت. شهر بیلاسووار، که در نتیجه نزاع‌های فئودالی در قرن چهاردهم رو به افول بود، طبق پیمان ترکمنچای ۱۸۲۸ به دو قسمت تقسیم شد. پس از اینکه امپراتوری روسیه مرزهای جنوبی را در سال ۱۹۱۴ غیرقابل عبور کرد، بقیه جمعیت داخل امپراتوری روسیه به شهرک‌های روسی و مناطق دیگر ۲۰–۴۰ کیلومتری خارج از مرز منتقل شدند و دیگری در دوران نادرشاه است همچنین آمده‌است نادرشاه با سپاهی بزرگ که در آن چندین فیل جنگی در سپاه بوده، به همین دلیل نام این آبادی به پیله سوار به چم سوار سنگین یا فیل سوار آمده‌است و طبیعتی مثال زدنی، دروازه ورود به جمهوری آذربایجان و قفقاز، در بخش مرکزی شهرستان بیله‌سوار در شمال استان اردبیل واقع شده‌است. بیله‌سوار دارای آب و هوای معتدل و مرطوب در زمستان و نسبتاً گرم در تابستان است. کشاورزی و بازرگانی از طریق گمرک، پیشه اصلی ساکنان پیله سوار است پیله سوار سالانه میلیون‌ها نفر جذب‌خود می‌کند و علل اصلی آن گمرک است که طبق آمار هر سال حدوداً ۵ میلیون نفر از مرز این شهر عبور می‌کنند.
