Pro-Palestinian Demonstrators Protest Near Met Gala

Hundreds of protesters stormed a police barricade trying to reach the world-famous Met Gala. At the Met, the chanting of the protesters coming closer could be heard on the red carpet. However, authorities were determined that the gala would go ahead as planned. Cops made 30 arrests. After protesters turned back from the Met, they continued their march through Manhattan.
