Persian Cream Puff Recipe:
Pâte à choux/cream puff recipe:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs

Rose water whipped Cream recipe:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp rose water
- 1/8 tsp vanillin (note: vanillin not vanilla)
