Savory Mille Feuille | Lazy Cook
Tasty savory mille fuille to make at home for a dinner!
Ingredients:
1 Broccoli
5 Cooked beetroots
5 Carrots
3 Garlic cloves
3 Banana shallots
1 Head of celeriac
Puff pastry
Salt
Lamb lettuce
1 Courgette
3 Tbsp Cider vinegar
2 Tbsp Sugar
1) Pierce puff pastry with fork. Place between two trays and bake until golder at 200 degrees by Celsius.
2) Wrap carrots with garlic, oil, salt, sugar and vinegar in tin foil and bake until soft.
3) Wrap celeriac root with shallots, salt and oil and bake in the oven until soft.
4) Wrap beetroots in tin foil with salt and oil and bake until soft.
5) Blanch broccoli in salted water.
6) Blend cook vegetables individually.
7) Cut puff pastry in equals rectangles (3 pieces per dish)
8) Pipe purees on puff pastry and stack together.
9) Garnish with courgette strips, lamb lettuce and carrot ribbons.
10) Enjoy!
