How To Make Tasty Uzbek Bread (Patir Non) at Home ENG CC
Receipe for this bread is as follows:
• About 4 cups of unbleached all purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon of yeast
• 1 tablespoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• 1 stick or 113gr of melted butter
• 500 ml of milk
After mixing everything, let dough stay in warm place for about 45 mins so that it raises.
Bake the shaped dough in 410 degrees in fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes. When it is baked, the surface will turn to redish color.
