why you should not be required to carry out the building work identified in this notice in relation to the building:
1. Justify non-compliant framework to be in accordance with the Australian Standards and Building Code of Australia: and,
1.1 Carry out all works necessary to bring the building into compliance with the Act, Australian Standards, Building Regulations, and current building permit.
