Grate 6 medium-sized potatoes.
Pour cold water and rinse.
Cut 6 meat steaks.
Cover with cling film and tap lightly with a kitchen mallet.
Salt and pepper.
Squeeze the potatoes well.
Add 3 eggs, salt, black pepper.
Grate the onion.
2 tablespoons wheat flour.
Beat 2 eggs.
Heat vegetable oil.
Put a layer of potatoes.
Dip the meat in the egg and place it on top.
A layer of potatoes on top.
Flip to the other side and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
Do this with each piece of meat.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
Grate 80 g of cheese.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 200°C for 5-7 minutes.
Chop dill or parsley.
