This is a guide to what tools you should think about getting if you're interested in PC modding and are trying to figure out what you need. This is not an exhaustive list of every useful tool, but instead a baseline for what I believe most modders should have access to. With these tools in your workshop, you'll be capable of doing some extremely impressive stuff.
