Built in 1915 this building has had many uses over the years including a children's home, a care home and a residential property.

On this investigation we joined ‪@threespiresparanormal‬ Leigh and Craig on what was a very interesting and at sometimes scary night.

Some viewers may spot something in this video that looks a little suspect in mine and Rhian's interactions and camera work. This can be fully explained as at one point upstairs myself and Rhian are both recording Leigh and Craig, as I also had Rhian within shot, I subtle gestured to Rhian to film me so that everyone is in shot as Rhian pans round to me I move my left arm down as I sometimes use both hands to hold the camera steady, at the same moment a bang is heard. When watching back we both thought that looks like we are up to no good but as always what we record is what you see so we felt it would be completely unauthentic of us to remove this section of what was a brilliant night.
