1. back squat - 15,10,8,15
2. Bulgarian split squat, drop set into body weight
4 x 12 weighted, 12 body weight
3. Superset (3 sets total)
a. DB hip thrust: 15reps
b. DB squat: 15reps
4. Superset ( 3 sets total)
a. leg press: 12reps
b. RDL: 15reps
