In the normal human nipple, in women as well as in men, there are small bumps that are visible these are called as tubercles of Montgomery. In a young woman who is just 20, they may become more prominent during sometimes because of the growth and development and this is absolutely nothing to worry about. But if you feel that these bumps are becoming painful, I think you must meet your gynaecologist or dermatologist who can have a look at it, because this could be the beginning of some eczema or even like a folliculitis around the nipple area or even some kid of cancer that is starting off.
