Masuma’s Milk Cake recipe

1st step
Cake Butter 130grams
Sugar 150grams
Self raising flour 180 grams
Baking powder 1tea spoon
Eggs 3 large
Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon
( the one I used have 30% ethanol) please use any other brands if you are looking for non alcoholic vanilla extract.
Full fat milk 60ml
8” inch baking tray

2nd step

Tres Leches
Full fat milk 150ml
Evaporated milk 125ml
Sweet condensed milk 100ml
You can add sweet condense milk as your test.

3rd step
Decoration
Whipped cream 300ml
Pistachio
I just whipped the double cream but you can add 1 table spoon icing sugar & 1 tea spoon of vanilla essence in double cream.**

I used star medium shaped nozzle for decoration**
