دقیقا ده سال پیش اولین باری که کیک سیب پختم اینقدر چرب و شیرین شده بود که قابل خوردن نبود.یادمه با خودم گفتم باید به قدری تمرین کنم تا مثل کیک های دیگه ام بهترین رسپی کیک سیب رو داشته باشم.و شد این دستور که الان چند ساله پای ثابت رسپی های اصلی من هستش.
خیلی ساده است و با رعایت نکات حتی کسانی که برای اولین بار این کیک رو میپزند هم نتیجه خوبی می گیرند.امیدوارم خوشتون بیاد.
🔰مواد لازم:
کره ۵۰ گرم
تخم مرغ ۳ عدد
آرد ۲ پیمانه_۳۰۰ گرم
شکر ۱ پیمانه_۲۲۰ گرم
ماست ۱ پیمانه_۲۴۰ گرم
روغن مایع ۱/۲ پیمانه_۱۱۰ گرم
بکینگ پودر ۱ قاشق چایخوری
سیب ۲ عدد
دارچین
همه مواد هم دمای محیط باشند.

Exactly ten years ago the first time I baked apple cake was a fat and very sweet cake that I couldn't eat.
I told myself I had to get enough exercise to get the best recipe, just like my other recipes.
And this easy recipe was the result That has been fixed for several years now.This is very simple and even those who cook the cake for the first time will do well.

🔰Ingredients:
-softened butter 50g
-3 Eggs
-Cake flour (2 cups) 300g
-sugar(1cup) 220g
- plain yogurt(1cup) 240g
-vegetable oil (1/2cup) 110ml
- baking powder (1tsp)
-2 apples
-cinnamon
⚠️All ingredients must reach ambient temperature.
