It is considered to be the big victory for the massive revolution undertaken by the women in Iran that resonated across the world. Iran has abolished the country's infamous 'Morality Police' amidst massive anti-government protests, reports said. The death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini in the custody of Morality Police in September this year triggered massive protests across the country that later turned violent owing to the Iranian authorities' brutal crackdown on protestors. Mahsa Amisi was arrested for allegedly disobeying the country's strict hijab laws. "Morality police have nothing to do with the judiciary and have been abolished', Attorney General Mohammad Jafar Montazeri was quoted as saying by the ISNA news agency.
