Cheese Rolls Easy Recipe No Bake

✔️Ingredients
1 cup lukewarm milk (240ml)
3 tbsp sugar
1 egg
2 tsp yeast
3 cups bread flour (384 grams)
1/2 tsp salt
45 grams butter / margarine
100 grams cheese (for filling)
1/2 cup powdered sugar or milk powder (for coating)

Preparation+proofing time: 2 hours
Cooking time: 10mins

Yield: 13 pcs (60grams each not including the cheese)

💡Tips📝
✔️If your dough mixture seems dry, you may add up some butter/oil & mix before kneading.

✔️Better grease kneading surface with oil, don’t use flour as it will add dryness to the dough.
