Roghni Naan Recipe,
A Perfect and Complete step-by-step Homemade Roghni Naan recipe that you can make with and without an oven. make restaurant-style Roghni Naan any day, anytime in your kitchen.

Dough Ingredients:
Plain Flour - 2 Cups
Milk Powder - 2 tbsp
Butter -1 tbsp (Melted)
Plain yogurt - 2 tbsp (Room Temperature)
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Instant dry Yeast - 1 tsp
Sugar Powdered or Caster - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tspOil, 1 tbsp
Lukewarm Milk - 1/2 cup or as You Required to make a soft dough.

Roghni Paste Ingredients:
Milk powder -1 tbsp
Milk- 2 tbsp

for the toppings,
some Black & white sesame seeds
some melted butter

Directions:
In a bowl, add lukewarm milk, powdered or caster sugar, instant yeast and mix well, cover and let it rest 5-6 minutes.
In a bowl, add flour, salt, baking soda, cooking oil, and yeast mixture. mix well. knead for 5-6 minutes or until a soft dough is formed.Grease dough with cooking oil, cover & let it proof/rise for 1-2 hours (warm place).
Grease hand with cooking oil and punch or knead the dough to release air bubbles.on floured surface knead the dough until smooth.make rolls & let rest for 5 minutes.In a bowl, add milk & milk powder, whisk well & set it aside
Divide dough into four equal parts. flatten & roll it to a 7-8 inch diameter.
Brush the naan with the milk paste and sprinkle black & white sesame seeds on top of the rolled naan
Option # 1: Baking,

Take one dough ball and spread the dough with the help of hands or with a rolling pin on a baking tray and make marks with the help of a wooden spoon or with fingers. Brush the naan with the milk paste and sprinkle black & white sesame seeds on top of the rolled naan.Place the naan on a baking tray(lined with parchment paper)
Bake on the lower rack, in preheated oven at 500°F for 6-8 minutes or until nicely golden on top and cooked through.

Option # 2: Air Fryer,

spread the dough with the help of hand and make marks with the help of fingers. Brush on the naan and sprinkle black & white sesame seeds on top.line air fryer basket with butter paper or parchment paper, place the naan in the air fryer basket.In the air fryer machine, place roghni naan and air fry at 400°F for 4-6 minutes or until nicely golden on top and cooked through

option # 3: Tawa

Apply some water on the back of the rolled naan.place water side down on hot Tawa.cook 2-3 minutes or until bubble form on the top.flip Tawa & cook to likeness.
