Lazy Napoleon: Super Easy Recipe with Cream, Fruit, and Puff Pastry

Ingredients:
* 4 chicken eggs
* 150 g sugar
* 800 ml milk
* 80 g flour
* 180 g butter
* Vanilla sugar, vanilla extract, or vanilla essence
* 2 packs of puff pastry sheets (350-400 g each)
* 2 bananas or kiwi
* Strawberries or other berries for decoration

Instructions:
For the cream:
1. Beat 4 chicken eggs with 150 g sugar until you get a thick, pale mixture.
2. Gradually pour 800 ml milk into the egg-sugar mixture while continuing to beat.
3. Sift 80 g flour and add it to the mixture. Mix well.
4. Place the mixture over low heat and add vanilla sugar, vanilla extract, or vanilla essence to taste.
5. Stir constantly and cook the cream until it thickens. Be careful not to form lumps or let the cream boil.
6. Remove the mixture from heat and add 180 g butter. Mix it well into the cream.
7. Cover the cream with plastic wrap and let it cool.
For the pastry:
1. Cut the puff pastry sheets into two equal parts.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
3. Place half of the pastry on parchment paper, large enough for the baking size.
4. Prick the pastry with a fork several times.
5. Repeat the same with the remaining half of the pastry.
6. Bake the pastry in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown. Keep an eye on the color to avoid over-drying or burning.
7. Let the baked layers cool.
Assembling the cake:
1. Allow the baked layers to cool completely.
2. Slice 2 kiwis or bananas into thin round slices.
3. Place one layer on a serving platter or plate and spread half of the cooled cream over it. Arrange slices of kiwi or banana on top of the cream.
4. Place the second layer on top of the fruit and spread the remaining cream over it.
5. Decorate the cake with fresh strawberries or other berries according to your preference.
6. Place the cake in the refrigerator and let it soak for 12 hours.
