Walnut Cookies Recipe | Easy Holiday Cookie Recipe | Simply Mama Cooks
Today I am going to make an easy cookie using a buttery cookie dough and walnuts. This is a great cookie platter idea and a nice holiday treat or gift.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups (225 g) all purpose flour
1 tsp (5 g) baking soda
1 tsp (5 g) fine salt
8 Tbsp (113 g) unsalted butter (softened)
1 packed cup ( 200 g) dark brown sugar
1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar
1 large egg (room temperature)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (90 g) chopped walnuts (or pecans)
*Bake in a preheated oven @ 350º F / 180º C for 12 to 13 minutes
