قوشمه همچنین قُمشِه نیز نوشته میشود، از سازهای بادی و محلی شمال خراسان میباشد. این ساز از دو استخوان متصل به طول ۲۰ سانتیمتر که در کنار هم چسبیدهاند، تشکیل شدهاست. قشمه دارای هفت، شش یا پنج سوراخ در روی ساز میباشد و فاقد سوراخ پشتی است. مردمان شمال خراسان، از این ساز در مجالس شادی و رقص خود استفاده میکنند. این ساز در کردستان و گلستان به نام دوزله تودوک به معنی دو نی نامیده میشود (که در کردی به ساقهٔ گیاه نی «زهل / زَل» میگویند). در مرکز و غرب خراسان (سبزوار و کاشمر) به این ساز «دو نیه» میگویند. این ساز به نامهای «دوسازه» و «جفتی» نیز شناخته میشود. بهترین نوازدگان قوشمه در شمال خراسان و بهترین سازندگان ساز و سرساز در سبزوار قرار دارند. ساز قشمه به ساز «نی انبان» در جنوب شباهت دارد.
