Ingredients:
2 kilos samanak (samanu)blander well
10 kilos whole weeth flour
4 kilos sunflower oil
For dough:
Make soft dough samanak (samanu)with warm water
Make soft dough whole weeth flour with warm water
Optional: 3 tsp whole weeth flour fry until golden color
Cooked with medium heat for up to 7/8hrs
مواد لازم :
۲ کیلو سمنک خوب میده شده
۱۰ کیلو آرد سیاه
۴ کیلو روغن
برای خمیر:
سمنک همرایی آب مولایم خوب خمیر نماید
آرد همرایی آب مولایم خوب اوگی خمیر نماید
برای رنگ بهتر:
۳ قاشق غذا خوری آرد سیاه و یا آرد ساده خوب بریان نماید
حلوا به حرارت مولایم پخته شود ۷ ویا ۸ ساعت
