Hey Guys And Welcome Back To My Youtube Channel!

I've been feeling really homesick for my Mum's homemade Persian/ Iranian food lately, so I'm going to try and make one of the easier recipes today and share it with you guys! This recipe is also vegan!!

Ingredients:

1 Medium Onion - Finely diced
2 tbsp of Tomato Puree
1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
1/2 tsp  Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
900ml Tomato Juice (You can use water instead but it will give you a much weaker tomato flavour)
2 Medium Potatoes - Cut into small cubes/ pieces
400g Basmati Rice - Washed really well and soaked in warm water and salt for 30-45 minutes

This makes enough for 2 people for dinner and left over for lunch the next day as well!
This is a super easy recipe and I hope you guys give it a try!
