Our early retirement adventures in Europe continue with a Turin Italy travel vlog, as we eat desserts all day long in the chocolate capital of Italy. It is a beautiful city and we believe Turin is one of the most underrated cities to visit in Italy and a must visit if you are in this area.
It was clean, beautiful and had plenty of things to see and do, along with some amazing food. It is located in the Piedmont region of northern Italy, which has a Nutella factory and is the home of Nutella making, due to the best hazelnuts in the world grown in this region.
We start our day off with some bicerin, which is a famous local drink of hot chocolate, expresso and cream. We later stuff ourselves with more gelato and chocolate as we walk our way around this beautiful Italian city.
We hope you are enjoying our 9-month European adventure and also go back and check out our adventures in Central America and seeing all 50 states during our Airstream journey across America.

In 2019, we achieved our goal of visiting every state in the union in our Airstream. We also visited every national park in the lower 48. We are big believers in lists, so of course we plan to see the remaining 12 parks in the next few years.
In 2021, we made the big decision to extreme downsize to just a large and small backpack, each. We started our journey around the world beginning in Central America. We hope that over the next ten years, we will have seen many beautiful things, made many memories and new friends, and shared the experience with our children and grandchildren.
