تهیه نان سنگک بازاری به روش خانگی - How To Bake a Homemade Sangak Bread
ingredients :
Flour 1 Kg
Bran powder 50 g
Yeast 1 package of 25 g
Water 4 cups of 150 ml
Salt 1 tablespoon
Sesame and Black seeds ( cumin) as you wish
We knead the dough for 5 minutes and we let it rest for 2 times. first time for 1 hour and the second time for 40 minutes.
Baking time : 6 minutes
We preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 250°C and we bake the bread from the beginning to the end with the same temperature in the middle floor towards up.
As soon as we take the bread out of the oven, we have to cover it with the cloth to have a soft bread.
