I'm going to cook a super easy vegeterian food called Eshkeneh(اشکنه).
Eshkeneh is a very very old cuisine that the ancient caravans with camels and horses and... used to make it almost everyday! They were carrying chickens with them so that they could have fresh eggs everyday. and then they used to mix eggs with water and some herbs and spices and onions and potatoes and make a very tasty food until their travels. Today we were gardening and planting some Cactus too. I hope you enjoy this video💋
