The extremely appealing and delightful taste of "Ashe Dooghe Sarein" (from the  region Ardabil / Azerbaijan) has made it one of the popular and traditional types of Ash. Although Ashe Dooghe Sarein is specifically intended for the summer season, it is also cooked in various seasons of the year. You can prepare this Ash with or without meat.

_____Ingredients:
• p rice (preferably medium-grain rice)
• 1 cup cooked chickpeas
• 3 liters buttermilk
• 500 mg 'Ashe Doogh' vegetables (coriander, leek, garlic leaves, and dill)
• 1 garlic bulb
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons dried mint
• Salt and black pepper (if needed)
• 1/2 cup cooked lentils
• 300 grams minced meat
• 1 medium-sized onion
