This is my mother in-law’s recipe and I learnt it from her… ⠀

Whenever I add this item on my dawat menu, everyone loves it and they can’t believe that these are actually made of carrots 🥕… ⠀

The recipe is super easy.. I’m sooo happy to share it with you all… 🥰⠀

Ingredients 👇🏻⠀
⠀
2 kg shredded carrots 🥕 ⠀
(Squeeze excess moisture)⠀
⠀
4 medium sized onions 🧅 ⠀
(Squeeze excess moisture)⠀
⠀
1 tbsp heaped each - dry roasted and crushed 👇🏻⠀
(Cumin and coriander seeds)⠀
⠀
Chopped green chillies (as per your preference)⠀
** we love spicy kababs, so i had used 12 chillies sshhhhshh😄😄😄⠀
⠀
1 tsp Red chilli 🌶 powder ⠀
⠀
1 tbsp crushed red chilli ⠀
⠀
1 bunch or roughly 2 cups Chopped spring onions ⠀
⠀
1 cup + 2 tbsp dry roasted besan⠀
⠀
Salt 🧂 to taste⠀
⠀
(You may adjust spice level as per your liking)⠀
