سخنرانی استاد عبدرب الرسول سیاف دردوازدهمین سالگرد شهاد استاد برهان الدین ربانی.
استاد عبدرب الرسول سیاف، رهبر حزب دعوت اسلامی افغانستان که به مناسبت دوازدهمین سالیاد شهادت شهید صلح استاد برهان الدین ربانی از طریق زوم صحبت میکرد، از ویژگیهای ذاتی، علمی، سیاسی، حکمت و شهامت استاد ربانی شهید به خوبی و به نیکی یاد کرد و مختصری از تاریخ مبارزات اوشان را بیان داشت.
استاد سیاف همچنان به وضعیت جاری کشور اشاره کرد، و همچنان اشاره کرد: تعلیم و کار زنان از جملۀ فرائض شرعی است و منع تعلیم و کار زنان را خلاف دستورات اسلامی خواند و آن را سخت محکوم کرد.
استاد اضافه کرد: کسی حرام خدا را حلال می سازد و یا یک حکم حلال را حرام می سازد، و یا مانع انجام یک فریضۀ الهی میشود، از دین خارج می شود!
استاد سیاف در رابطه با حکم حملات انتحاری در اسلام؛ آن را حرام و ناروا خواند و اشاره نمود که؛ ط... نام این عمل حرام را "استشهادی" گذاشته اند، حال این که در قرآن کریم و سنت نبوی و در کتب فقه اسلامی متقدمین و متأخرین چنین یک اصطلاحی (استشهادی) اصلا وجود ندارد و این یک کار بدعت و ناروا است.
استاد گفت: کلمۀ استشهاد دوبار در قرآن کریم ذکر شده است که؛ یکبار به معنای شهادت دادن در دعاوی و بار دیگر هم به معنای حاضر کردن شاهد است. او فرمود: من این چلینج را از دهها سال قبل هم داده بودم که، چنین اصطلاحی در اسلام وجود ندارد و این ساخته و اختراع یک عدۀ نافهم و جاهل به دین است، که با مشورۀ غیر مستقیم دشمنان این دین میخواهند اسلام را دین ترور و وحشت معرفی کنند. و امروز چنین شده است، که دنیا مسلمانان را تروریست و وحشی تصور میکنند.

Professor Abdrab al-Rasoul Sayyaf's speech on the 12th anniversary of the martyrdom of Professor Burhanuddin Rabbani.
Ustad Abdrab al-Rasoul Sayyaf, the leader of Afghanistan's Dawat-e-Islami party, who spoke on the occasion of the 12th anniversary of the martyrdom of Ustad Burhanuddin Rabbani through Zoom, mentioned the inherent, scientific, political, wisdom and courage of Ustad Rabbani. He gave a brief history of their struggles.
Professor Sayyaf also pointed out the current situation of the country, and also pointed out that women's education and work is one of the Shariah obligations, and he called the prohibition of women's education and work against Islamic orders and strongly condemned it.
The teacher added: "Anyone who makes lawful what God has forbidden, or who makes a lawful ruling unlawful, or prevents the fulfillment of a divine duty, is out of religion!"
Professor Sayyaf regarding the verdict of suicide attacks in Islam; He called it haram and illegal and pointed out that; They named this forbidden act "Istishahadi", however, there is no such term (Istishahadi) in the Holy Quran and Prophetic Sunnah, and in the books of Islamic jurisprudence of the early and late ones, and this is an act of heresy and illegal.
The teacher said: The word martyrdom is mentioned twice in the Holy Quran. Once it means testifying in lawsuits and another time it means presenting a witness. He said: I had given this challenge decades ago that such a term does not exist in Islam and this is the creation and invention of some people who do not understand and are ignorant of the religion, who, with the indirect advice of the enemies of this religion, want to make Islam a religion of terror and introduce horror. And it has happened today, that the world considers Muslims as terrorists and barbarians.
