TRANSCRIPT
Making a tart is usually a really time consuming experience because you have to make the tart dough, roll it out, chill it, put it in your tart pan and then bake it.  But here is a super quick and easy tart dough that requires no chilling and no rolling out.  Combine six tablespoons butter, one tablespoon vegetable oil, three tablespoons water, one tablespoon sugar, and a large pinch of salt in an ovenproof glass bowl or Pyrex measuring cup.  Place it in a 400 degree oven for about fifteen minutes.  Remove from the oven, taking care because it's really hot.  Then add in one cup of flour all at once, stirring to form a ball.  When it's cooled slightly, press it into a tart pan and prick the dough with a fork.  So you can either prebake your tart shell or bake it with the filling, whatever your recipe calls for.
