  Today’s menu was fantastic. I am going to use my stopwatch more and more and today I tested it on a hardcore kettlebell distance.

  30 minutes long cardio-muscular endurance test. It was fun! I was working with 71 LB (32 KG) & 90 LB (40 KG) kettlebells and was able to get it all done without putting kettlebell down in each of the written exercises.

  This is tough workout , so try to get a nice kettlebell accordingly to your physical shape. This workout brings the best in human performance physique! Hope you will pass this test like a boss! Enjoy!
