Food Video How To: Reducing Flicker in Stopmotion

It's not uncommon for lighting to change between images, when shooting stopmotion in natural light settings. Which gives a "flicker" to the final video. Here are 2 quick tricks I use in Premiere Pro to reduce that flicker--vignetting with the circle effect and controlling the "anti-flicker" motion effect.
