In todays video, get ready as I reflect on my fundamental movements that assisted me on my journey to discovering strength based movements and beginning to lift weights 🏋🏻‍♀️

I strip things back to basics as I share foundational movements that can be expanded on to create a fantastic body weight or weighted workout. Totally beginner friendly 🎀

In todays videos I share my upper body, lower body and core workout. Typically I perform these exercises 8-12 Reps with x3 rounds in total. I always make sure to take plenty of rest between exercises and also between rounds 🎊

Sculpt those arms, define those shoulders, and unleash your inner warrior princess with simple yet effective upper body exercises.
