"A saving lie: Nargis's sacrifice to save a woman's life"

In the morning of one spring day, Narges was working in his hut. He was inspecting the newly built walls of the courtyard when he heard the sound of someone's feet. When he opened the door, he saw a man standing with a little boy by his side. The man had a photo in his hand and showed it to Narges.

Ali, a man who came to help, said, "Ma'am, you know this woman and children? These are my wife and children, and I have been looking for them for a long time."

Narges looked at the photo and immediately recognized the faces of the woman and the children. They had taken refuge in his hut some time ago and he was aware of their uneasy situation. But he looked at Ali with doubt and concern and said: "No, unfortunately, I don't know this family."

Ali gave Narges a desperate look and sighed. The little boy who was with him was standing next to him silently. Nargis went to the boy and kindly asked: "My dear, what is your name?"

The boy looked at Nargis and opened his mouth for the first time and just said that I came with that man.

Both Ali and Narges were happy about this. It was the first time the boy spoke and it was a sign of hope and change. Ali thanked and left the Narges hut with his son.

Narges breathed a sigh of relief and resumed his work. He hoped that with the lie he told, he was able to protect the woman and children from any danger that might threaten them from Ali. However, his heart was worried for them and he prayed in his heart that everything would go well.
