Koloocheh is a traditional Iranian stuffed cookies originated in Fooman, a city in the northern part of Iran. The yummy and soft cookie that surprises you by the perfect mixture of walnut, sugar, cinnamon and cardamom inside. The scrumptious smell of this cookie, specially when hot out of the oven, will take you right back to northern part of Iran.
