I Bought 2 FAULTY SNES Consoles | Can I FIX Them?!

These Super Nintendo (Super Famicom) consoles are both broken.  I paid £26 for them on eBay.  One of them has no power and the other one shuts down after 30 seconds.

Will I be able to fix them?
