Today we have 3 muscle stretches that are good for increasing overhead or behind-the-back movement flexibility.
Each one of these stretches will help you improve your shoulder range of movement by stretching the pectoral muscles.

1️⃣ The overhead stretch improves shoulder flexion.
2️⃣ Behind the back stretch improves shoulder extension.
3️⃣ Horizontal abduction stretch using a wall - as its name implies, this stretch is meant to improve shoulder horizontal abduction.
