Erdbeerkuchen mit Vanillepudding - Sehr cremig, sehr lecker ‼️ 😋

Today I'm making a delicious strawberry cake. The cream consists of vanilla pudding and crème fraîche (or sour cream). The cake is very, very tasty 😋

Ingredients (for one baking sheet: 24 x 37 cm, 9.5 x 14.5 inches):
1 cup = 250 ml
150 g sugar (3/4 cup)
3 eggs
70 ml oil (1/3 cup)
170 g flour (1 1/5 cups)
70 ml carbonated orange soda (1/3 cup)
2 teaspoons baking powder

700 ml milk (3 cups)
2 packs of vanilla pudding (37 g each)
100 g sugar (1/2 cup)
450 g crème fraîche (or sour cream or cream cheese) 1 4/5 cups

Strawberry jam
about 1 kg strawberries halved (about 5 cups)

2 packs of red cake jelly (11 g each, 2 tablespoons total)
500 ml water (2 cups)
100 g sugar - or to taste (1/2 cup)
