Over the last 3 decades, I have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, adjustment disorder, social anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), pervasive developmental disorder not otherwise specified (PDD-NOS). The last one means autism spectrum features.
Plus some other medical conditions including fibromyalgia and coeliac disease. I have been seen by a LOT of doctors & I have had a LOT of medical procedures & am tired of it. Recently I had 2 skin biopsies on my face (healing well as can hardly see in this video).
My priority diagnoses are bipolar disorder (type 1 which has mania) and PTSD (avoidance & shutdown presentation). I am on medications for bipolar disorder & have had 4 years of therapy for PTSD (most people take 1 to 1.5 years).
I am moderately stressed in this video but it's more internalized currently.
