For collecting the lint, you don’t have to have the rug professionally washed or wash it yourself with water. All you have to do is get a piece of tape – like I do here, it would be easier if it’s a wider tape – and you just put the tape on the rug gently and remove it. If you do this for different places on the rug, you will see the lint collected on the tape and easily, without spending any money or professional help. you will have collected all the dirt.
