My soft and fluffy donuts recipe:

- 240 g Bread Flour (higher dough rise & becomes more elastic)
- 80 g Sugar
- 5 g Salt
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 7 g Dry Yeast.
- 2 Eggs
- 140 g Whole Milk
- 75 g Melted Butter
Bake for 9 min. 160 °C
