Khayyam Boulevard of Mashhad, approximately 5800 meters long, starts from the northern side of Malek Abad Garden and Malek Abad Boulevard and extends to Sepad area of Mashhad.
This street is divided into northern and southern parts, the southern part of which is much more expensive and more aristocratic. In this video, I went to Khayyam South.
South Khayyam Boulevard is one of the most expensive and luxurious areas of Mashhad and the price of apartments and villas in this area is very high. Khayyam South is located in District One of Mashhad and Khayyam North is located in District Two of Mashhad.
In South Khayyam, many central offices of Mashhad are located, such as the registry office. Karim Boys Restaurant and Aftab Beach Complex are also recreational places on this boulevard.
Khayam Luxury Street in Mashhad, Iran is a popular tourist destination and a great place to experience the city's rich history and culture. This pedestrian street is lined with shops, restaurants, and cafes, and it's a great place to do some shopping or just relax and people-watch.
The street is named after Omar Khayyam, a Persian poet, mathematician, and astronomer. Khayyam is best known for his Rubaiyat, a collection of 115 poems. The street is also home to a number of historical landmarks, including the Imam Reza Shrine, one of the most important Shia shrines in the world.
