طرز تهیه پفک هندی
ingredients :

flower starch
Chia seeds
Saffron
Salt
Beetroot powder



recipe:

Dissolve the starch in cold water and then heat until it thickens a little.
You can use saffron, beetroot powder and any other natural color.
Spread on the mat. Allow to dry for 24 hours.
Then fry it in hot whole oil and remove it from the oil as soon as it puffs up.

I decorated with fruit salad and served.

You can have it with yogurt or anything else.
